1.1 The Senior Manager Infrastructure Services is responsible for managing and control of the following sub-divisions: Building Control, Recreation, Waterworks, Streets, Mechanical, Electrical, Stores.

2. FUNCTIONS PER SUB-DIVISION

Although managers of the different sub-divisions will be responsible for the following functions. It remains the accountability of the Senior Manager: Infrastructure Services to manage the performance of the following:

2.1 Ensure that all Building Control policies, systems and procedures are implemented and fully functional.

2.2 Ensure that all Recreational Facilities are fully functional and accessible for the public.

2.3 Ensure that all technical functions such as water services, streets, electrical services are fully operational and effective.

2.4 Ensure that the fleet of the municipality is maintained through effective and efficient mechanical services.
